How do I make a reservation?

Reservations are made from the home page on our website. Please choose the type of cruise and the time you want and pay for the reservation through the Fareharbor booking platform provided.

Do we need to arrive early?
Please arrive AT LEAST 30 min prior to your scheduled cruise time. The boat will leave the dock promptly at its scheduled time. We will not wait on guests even if you have a reservation.
Can we bring any food or drink?

No outside food or drink is allowed on the boat UNLESS you have booked one of the private charters. The Catamaran dolphin cruise will have drinks, snacks and alcohol for sale during the trip. Drinks and snacks will also be available for purchase at the ticket booth prior to boarding for the jet boat ride. The offshore boating experience includes a cooler onboard that will have complimentary waters and sodas. No coolers are allowed on the boat with the exception of private charters.

Where are you located?
The boat leaves from the face dock at Cherry Grove Marina 2201 Little River Neck Rd. North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582
Where do we park and is it free?
There are designated parking spots just past the marina office on the right side of the road near the ticket booth. Parking is free.
What do we need to bring?

Please bring your friends, family and a good attitude! We will provide all required life jackets and safety equipment. The Thrillseeker is a wet ride, so you may want a change of clothes or a towel for after the ride.

Are there bathrooms on the boat?

The catamaran and the Need 4 Speed have bathrooms onboard. The Thrillseeker does not. Restrooms are available at the ticket booth for all rides. We recommend all guests use the restroom before boarding the boat.

Is there an age requirement?

The catamaran and need 4 speed are suitable for all ages. The Thrillseeker has a minimum height requirement of at least 42 inches to be able to ride.

What if it rains?
Safety is the highest priority. We will cancel all cruises if there is inclement weather that makes it too dangerous to go out. If a cruise is cancelled we will notify you by phone if possible. Do not assume a cruise is cancelled because of the weather report! Keep in mind, we are a coastal town and weather is unpredictable and moves in quickly at times. We will do our best to provide ample notification for any cancellations, but if inclement weather is incoming cancellations may take place less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled cruise times. We will reschedule or refund any weather cancellations with no additional fees.
What if the Ocean is rough?
Ocean conditions change rapidly throughout the day and are subject to many variables. Typically the conditions are more favorable earlier in the day, and wave height and wind speed increases in the afternoon. If the Coast Guard issues a small craft advisory we will not take the boat into the Ocean. This does not mean the cruise is cancelled. As an alternative we will spend more time at the beach and/or cruise longer on the ICW into North Carolina.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made online or by phone with at least 48 hour notice. A cancellation made within the 48-hour window will be issued a gift card for the amount of the purchase to be redeemed at any time with a reservation. No shows will not be refunded any amount, we will offer a stand by ticket for another trip, and you will be able to go if the boat is not filled
